Wow.

I have been trying to write a dang post for the past three to four weeks, but obviously, it hasn't happened. I don't know if its because I got off my happy pill (for reals), but either way. Here I am. About to bore all of you with the daily grind of my life the past few weeks. Can you hardly wait?!!? Yeah... I didn't think so. So here it goes.

First off. I can't believe I am about to say this. But since I got off the meds, I have had to go to the gym to work off my stress/anxiety to get me to be a nice person. And the crazy thing is. I like it. A LOT. Who would have thought?! I actually look forward to go to the gym now. So that has occupied about an hour of my day.

We swim a lot as well. Probably three times a week. Even if its crappy weather, I will take the kids to the indoor pool to kill some of the day. It helps all of us to get out of the house, to do something, and I even will swim with my kids. Well, I should say, swim with my kids when their/my friends are there. Because heaven forbid, I play with my kids when they have friends to entertain them. That's what they are there for right!?

My little bro got off his mission about a week ago and that has been fun. The kids warmed right up to him. Actually, warmed isn't even the right word. Makenna is COMPLETELY OBSESSED with him. She will not leave him alone when he is around. It is pretty funny to see considering she isn't the most friendly little girl on the planet. Gavin likes him, but just does his own thing for the most part. So welcome home little buddy. Glad you made it safe and are back in the swing of things (meaning he had three girls in the basement all day Sunday).

I can't believe how fast the kids are growing up. Just the other day Makenna told me "Mom, we are SO white trash." I have been trying to keep the white trash comment down to a minimum, but obviously, she still hears it once in awhile. What can I say. I guess there is a little white trash in us. But doesn't that go for everyone?! Maybe not. And really. Who is to judge what white trash really is?! Hmmm..... moving on.

The ladies of my family took a little Girls Day to Vegas for my moms 50TH birthday. That's right. My mom is now 50!!! We did a little shopping, went to the Lion King and then hit Sephora. And for some reason, we were gone all day and night. Unfortunately, Lori (aka the GPS) got us lost and we barely made the play. It was pretty good and entertaining. Kinda weird watching people try to be gazelles and lions and stuff.... but it worked. And we liked it.

That is the extent of our life. I am going to try and be better about things because I know I've missed a lot of sayings that my children have said.... Enjoy the very few photos that I have taken over the last little while.

I look like tall for once. But alas, it is just my shoes.
Nordstrom Cafe. We also ate at McDonalds.
The three Hukill girls. (I kinda look possessed)

The kids waiting for Ty to get off the plane.

SO happy to see her uncle. (she was Gavin's age when he left)

Do they look alike!? We think so. Gavs was only FOUR MONTHS old. Big change on his part.

It's about freakin' time. Seriously, good for you. I'm glad that you like the gym. It is sure paying off (you look HOT). Maybe I should go off my happy pill and try out the gym, but maybe NOT! Love the pictures and I'm glad that your bro is finally back. Now let's just work on getting that husband of yours to stick around, at least for a date night.

I'm glad Tyler is home and all is well! I still can't believe how much he looks like Gavin! Looks like you guys had so much fun in Vegas! Your mom doesn't look like she's 50 at all! I'd never know! Hope you are all doing well!
